Forms to rent or renew a lease.

Please note, the following documents are in adobe acrobat format. If you do not have adobe acrobat, please download the plug-in to view these documents.

The following forms must be completed and sent to Off-Campus Life Services in order to have your listing placed in the Off Campus Housing database. Please select which form is appropriate for your desired listing.

Fees for the service:

New listings $15.00 for thirty (30) days.
Renewals are $5.00 for another thirty (30) days.

We take credit card, cash or checks.
