Cornell University is committed to providing information and services that result in informed housing decisions.

More than 50% of undergraduates and 85% of graduate students do not live in university housing. We are here to assist you in your housing search with up-to-date, computerized listings of apartments, houses, places to share, rooms, and sublets. These lists are updated twice weekly. We also offer listings of many of the apartment complexes in the area, information regarding overnight accommodations, what to look for in a lease, and landlord/tenant rights. Our staff can answer questions about the Ithaca area, review your lease prior to signing, and advise you on a variety of tenant matters that may be of concern to you. The service we provide is free to students and the Cornell community. You may access our website for up-to-date information and listings.
