Schuyler House, at 112 Sage Place, is in lower Collegetown--a 15 to 20 minute (uphill) walk to the central campus; less than 15 minutes to the Law School; 5 minutes to Collegetown restaurants, shops, coffeehouses, and taverns; and 5 minutes (downhill) to downtown Ithaca. It is on bus routes that serve all of Ithaca. The 103 residents represent a variety of nations and cultures and add an international dimension to the living environment. Schuyler House's single rooms are arranged in the style of a residence hall and have common bathrooms; men and women live on separate corridors. All rooms and hallways are carpeted. The building has Ethernet network connections, lounges, television rooms, recreation areas, kitchens with eating areas, a study room, laundry facilities, and a service center.
