An explanation of the contract periods that correlate with each residence is as follows:

08/09 Academic Year (8/22/08 - 5/16/09)
Includes:
 - ALL undergraduate housing facilities
 - Maplewood single shared graduate housing 
   (also has 12-month contract option)
 - Maplewood studio non-shared graduate housing*
   (also has 12-month contract option)
 - Schuyler House single dormitory-style graduate housing
 - Hughes Hall for first-year law students (8/23/08-5/14/09)

08/09 12-Month Single Graduate Housing A (8/1/08-7/31/09)
Includes:
 - Hasbrouck single non-shared graduate housing
 - Maplewood single non-shared graduate housing

08/09 12-Month Single Graduate Housing B (8/15/08-8/14/09)Includes:
 - Maplewood single shared graduate housing
 - Maplewood studio non-shared graduate housing
   (also has academic contract option)
 - Thurston Court single shared graduate housing
 - Thurston Court single non-shared graduate housing

08/09 12-Month Family Housing (8/1/08-07/31/09)
Includes:
 - Hasbrouck family housing
 - Maplewood family housing
